Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay functions.

• ERP experience, SAP preferred and ability to perform account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and act as primary contact for issue resolution.
• Oversee supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment activities for accuracy and timely settlement.
• Investigate discrepancies, billing issues, and supplier disputes to minimize risks.

Stellantis Shared Services Portugal, we provide shared services to Stellantis entities across Europe, delivering expertise in accounting operations, financial services support, FP&A, reporting, and management controlling. Our teams support industrial, retail, commercial, and financial services activities across multiple European countries. As a Procure to Pay Analyst, you will ensure the efficient and accurate management of the Procure-to-Pay process by acting as the primary link between the company (Retail, NSC, or OEM entities or Miscellaneous) and its suppliers. This includes account reconciliation, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement of financial processes, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, strong cross-department collaboration, and acting as a control checkpoint for transactions processed by third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication and issue resolution;
  Monitor supplier accounts, reconciliations, and payment activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement of obligations;
  Investigate and resolvediscrepancies, billing issues, and supplier disputes while minimizing operational and financial risks;
  Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure the of Procure-to-Pay processes;
  Ensure compliance with procurement, payment, accounting, and internal control requirements across all activities;
  Analyze process performance, prepare KPI reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the Procure-to-Pay cycle;
  Support cross-functional alignment between Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence. Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Accounting, or a related Finance function, including supplier relationship management, reconciliations, and payment processes;
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Alternatively, equivalent secondary education combined with relevant professional experience may be considered;
  Solid understanding of accounting principles, Procure-to-Pay processes, and related internal controls;
  Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and ability to perform account reconciliations and investigate financial discrepancies;
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work accurately and manage multiple priorities;
  Knowledge of finance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements;
  Exposure to Record-to-Report processes, tax accounting concepts, or process improvement initiatives is considered an advantage. Language Requirements

Fluent English, both written and spoken. Advanced level of French, both written and spoken. Additional language skills relevant to the supported market (e.G., German, Spanish, Italian) are considered an asset.
