EDP, a global energy company with a hybrid work model in Lisbon, seeks a Process Excellence professional to drive improvements across Service Tower operations. You will analyze processes, lead transformations, and leverage data analytics to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have Lean Six Sigma knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as stated.
• Experience in process improvement, transformation, or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and stakeholder leadership required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand operations and their financial/strategic impact.
• Identify process improvements focusing on efficiency and digitization.
• Facilitate feedback with Service Tower delivery operations.
• Analyze customer satisfaction to identify improvements.
• Align improvement needs with the Process Excellence CoE.
• Monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and sustain improvements.
