Bosch Portugal is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to map and optimize the EU Import Mailbox workflow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, automate manual steps, and design lean processes that raise efficiency and accuracy.

You will document changes, train stakeholders, and support a smooth handover to operations while working in a flexible, hybrid environment with strong development opportunities and exposure to global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in process analysis or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an operational environment.
• Experience in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related areas such as Logistics, Purchasing, or Sales is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox.
• Identify stakeholders, process interfaces, manual activities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end workflow.
• Support and manage operational bottlenecks in the current mailbox handling process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Implement process improvements and redesign workflows to create leaner, more efficient ways of working.
• Drive initiatives towards process automation, with the long-term objective of minimizing or eliminating manual mailbox handling.
• Document and communicate new processes, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder questions and feedback.
• Monitor process stabilization, incorporate improvement feedback where needed, and ensure a successful handover to the operational team.
