Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon is seeking a Process Analysis & Improvement Specialist to map and optimize end-to-end tariffing processes across the EU Import Mailbox.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, improving efficiency. A solid background in process analysis and continuous improvement is essential, with English proficiency and openness to German/Portuguese as nice-to-have.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in process analysis, process improvement, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an operational environment.

Responsabilidades

Analyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox.
Identify stakeholders, process interfaces, manual activities, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end workflow.
Support and manage operational bottlenecks in the current mailbox handling process.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Implement process improvements and redesign workflows to create leaner, more efficient ways of working.
Drive initiatives towards process automation, with the long-term objective of minimizing or eliminating manual mailbox handling.
Document and communicate new processes, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder questions and feedback.
Monitor process stabilization, incorporate improvement feedback where needed, and ensure a successful handover to the operational team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Experience in process analysis, process improvement, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an operational environment.
Experience in Foreign Trade, Customs, or related areas such as Logistics, Purchasing, or Sales is an advantage.
