Resumo da oferta
Bosch Car Multimedia Braga seeks an experienced engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment close to production lines. You will work with production, maintenance, product development and international teams to ensure robust, efficient processes and quality.
Responsibilities include defining process specs, validating new equipment, executing capability studies, PFMEA, and sharing best practices while supporting new product development and continuous improvement
Qualificações
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, FMEA, RCM, TPM and 8D.
Responsabilidades
- Define requirements and specifications for production equipment and processes.
- Install and validate new processes and equipment on production lines.
- Define parameters for process capability studies and perform PFMEA.
- Lead issue resolution through problem solving and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, FPY, IRR, IDC) and pursue continuous improvement.
