agap2 indústria is seeking a motivated Process Development Engineer to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive, with a knack for solving complex process challenges.

You will work in a hybrid regime to drive process improvements, apply Six Sigma or Red X methodologies, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, automotive preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and improve process capability.
• Implement Six Sigma/Red X methodologies to reduce variation and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to define and implement improvements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
