• Define and optimize assembly processes, layouts and resources.
• Support FMEA and drive risk mitigation and problem-solving.
• Ensure production readiness (documentation, tools, processes).
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Fluency in English.

About the Role

As a Process Engineer-Assembly/Series Project Manager, you will join our Engineering Team in Trofa, coordinating project activities and assembly processes for the products under your responsibility, ensuring a structured and efficient transition into series production. You will play a key role in guaranteeing successful project implementation while supporting production and cross-functional teams in problem-solving during ramp-up until stable serial production (QB5 milestone).

• Lead industrialization projects for new product launches
• Coordinate Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Planning teams
• Define and optimize assembly processes, layouts, and resources
• Support FMEA and drive risk mitigation and problem-solving
• Ensure production readiness (documentation, tools, processes)
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma)
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and internal processes

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or similar)
• Experience in industrial/automotive environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands- on mindset
• Ability to lead and align multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
