Mercor is seeking an experienced private equity associate to construct a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack for a consumer/leisure transaction. You will deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, references and stated assumptions, and you will peer-review two anonymized models against a fixed set of criteria, providing brief rationales and a completed scorecard.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of PE or related M&A experience, are currently or recently an associate at

Qualificações

• 2-4 years total experience in private equity or related M&A roles.
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer/leisure/multi-site services focus.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.

• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references and stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two other contractors' models against criteria, with a short written rationale and a completed review scorecard.
