Qualifications

Responsibilities

Private Credit Loan Administration Officer!

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational activities in accordance with established procedures, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assigned tasks.
• Execute controls according to procedures and risk mapping, including checklists and four-eyes checks.
• Analyse and integrate data into systems, comparing information from different sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Manage queries, assess priorities and forward requests to the appropriate departments.
• Escalate unresolved queries and potential incidents.
• Extract reports, gather information and provide data to support decision-making and oversight activities.
• Ensure client satisfaction by following up on instructions and responding to queries within agreed timelines and standards.
• Participate in training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
• Support the training of new team members and contribute to a smooth onboarding process.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive team environment and comply with internal policies, procedures and mandatory training requirements.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
