Job summary

Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Finance Data & Power BI Analyst in Porto. The role blends finance expertise with business intelligence to design dashboards, consolidate data, and automate reporting in a hybrid 50% on-site/50% remote model.

You will work with Power BI, Power Query, DAX and Python for data processing, while supporting month-end closes and financial reconciliation. On-site onboarding is required for the first month.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, BI or Data Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI including dashboard development and reporting.
• Strong skills in data integration, modelling, transformation and Excel-based analysis.
• Experience with data reconciliation and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and build robust data models.
• Transform data using Power Query, DAX and Python where relevant for automation.
• Support financial closing activities and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
