You will implement AI and privacy requirements throughout the organization while collaborating with various departments and authorities. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in Law or related fields, experience in AI and privacy compliance, and must be fluent in English. Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in AI and privacy, ideally in an international setting.
• Experience related to the EU AI Act is an asset.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Additional language skills are preferred.

Job Description

As a member of the central AUMOVIO Privacy & AI Compliance team, the Privacy & AI Compliance Officer supports the Privacy Compliance Management System and AI Governance of AUMOVIO globally. You will primarily be responsible for supporting business and central functions with implementing and integrating the respective AI and privacy requirements into business processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Privacy and AI Compliance with the design and implementation of the Privacy and AI Compliance Management System including but not limited to rules, policies, trainings, communication, monitoring and controls
• Advising on AI Compliance related matters, including Impact Assessments and the use of AI tools in the company.
• Providing trainings on Privacy and AI Compliance matters
• Supporting in the cross‑department AI Council
• Communicating with Data Protection Authorities
• Supporting with documenting privacy relevant processes in the central Record of Processing Activities
• Reviewing data processing activities in the context of commissioned processing and advising on relevant legal requirements, as well as reviewing agreements on commissioned processing
• Supporting with DPIAs and DPNs
• Assisting in identifying and assessing data protection risks including but not limited to DPIAs and DPNs
• Supporting prevention, monitoring, and reporting of data breaches
• Assisting in preparation for data protection audits

Qualifications

• Academic Degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration or IT or comparable education
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in the area of AI and privacy, ideally in an international company. Work related to the EU AI Act is a strong asset.
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Additional language skills preferred
• Solid MS Office skills
• Good communication skills and strong team player mentality
• Intercultural competence
