As a Input Validation Principal Data Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. You will be responsible for executing the data validation processes of Consumer Panel Services and associated project work for your country, analyzing key quality indicators, and implementing improvements based on findings from various sources. Your work will support our Client Operations team in resolving data quality‑related issues and contribute to the standardization of processes.
Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of Data Validation Tools: learn to use internal tools and platforms
- Execute the Input Validation processes and associated project work for the country
- Work in partnership with the country’s Operations team according to execution requirements defined in the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work
- Data Review: understand the data management process and work effectively within it; carry out quality‑check analysis to spot suspicious deviations in data received from households throughout all phases of the process
- Query Handler: investigate and resolve data queries raised by Client Ops or internal Data Operations teams
- Engage Project Managers and Data Science on select Operations and associated project work to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
- 1–3 years of experience in quantitative analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL, DBeaver, and database structures
- Experience with R and Python is a plus
- Ability to run research projects and translate results into practical solutions
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams
- Experience handling, manipulating, and analyzing data
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document work clearly and prioritize effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Based in Lisbon
