RecT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Staff/Principal AI engineer to own end-to-end, production-grade AI systems. You will design, implement, and deploy LLM architectures, multi-agent workflows, and robust evaluation pipelines, working directly with founders to ship impactful AI products at pace.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years shipping production AI, deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG architectures, and cloud-native microservices.

Qualificações

• Direct experience building EdTech products, adaptive learning tools, or digital pedagogy systems.
• Startup/scale-up experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on IC with full software delivery lifecycle ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code, and deploy production-grade LLM architectures and agentic workflows.
• Build automated evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-judge, tracing, safety guardrails).
• Drive zero-to-one product initiatives autonomously and ship production-grade Python code.
• Uphold engineering standards through architecture and code reviews.
