Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Portugal. You will follow technical blueprints and manuals to ensure correct assembly, and you will handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency.

Collaborating with your team, you will identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations. You will stay committed to achieving set goals and delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Willingness to work in varied conditions, including high places, confined spaces, and high-voltage equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift 35 kilos and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
