Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to assemble electro-mechanical equipment following blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure correct assembly. You will handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency and perform inspections to uphold high quality standards.

You will repair or replace faulty components, collaborate with the team on continuous improvement, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and provide technical support

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; CET Level 5 (DGERT) in related area is a plus.
• Experience in Industrial or Automotive sectors.
• Technical skills in electronics and mechanical assembly.
• Committed to high standards of Quality and integrity.
• Willingness to work in varying conditions, including high places and around high-voltage equipment.
• Able to lift 35 kilos and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and maneuver as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven intermediate knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Follow technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure correct assembly.
• Assemble electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency.
• Perform inspections of products, components, and raw materials.
• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and mechanical parts as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Team to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to other Operators.
• Be committed to fulfill goals.
