Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Data Analyst to transform operational and quality data into actionable insights across a global manufacturing network. You will design and maintain a scalable Power BI reporting landscape and automate data reporting to improve decision-making.

In this role you will assess data needs, build dashboards using DAX and data modeling, enforce data integrity, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in an operational environment (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulated industry preferred).
• Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Good working knowledge of SQL (required); experience with data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Storytelling with data: ability to simplify complex topics and influence decisions.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and prioritize Technical Operations departments data needs and translate requirements into analytics backlog.
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across sites/functions.
• Standardize Power BI landscape with governance, templates, datasets, and documentation.
• Develop data visualizations and analysis to support TechOps strategy and build business cases.
• Automate refresh, distribution, and recurring reporting processes to improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and measure impact of reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data access control, traceability, and data integrity in a regulated environment.
