Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Portugal is seeking an MTS Data Analyst to transform operational and quality data into actionable insights, design and maintain a scalable Power BI reporting landscape, and automate data reporting across the network.

You will collaborate with TechOps to prioritize data needs, implement governance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring data integrity in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in an operational environment (manufacturing, supply chain, quality) is preferred.
• Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Good working knowledge of SQL; experience with data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to tell stories with data to influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and prioritize Technical Operations data needs and translate requirements into an analytics backlog.
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with data modeling and DAX measures.
• Standardize and govern the Power BI landscape across sites and functions.
• Develop compelling data visualizations and analyses to support TechOps strategy.
• Automate reporting processes to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities for reporting/process improvements and measure impact.
• Ensure data integrity and access control in a regulated environment.
