Ferring Holding SA is seeking a Data Analyst to transform operational and quality data into actionable insights. You will design and maintain a scalable Power BI reporting landscape, automate data reporting, and support TechOps strategy across 15 manufacturing sites.

You will prioritize data needs, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity in a regulated environment, enabling better decision-making and continuous improvement. The role is based at our Portugal center.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in an operational environment (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulated industry preferred).
• Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Good working knowledge of SQL; experience with data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Storytelling with data to influence decisions.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on, delivery-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and prioritize Technical Operations data needs and translate requirements into an analytics backlog.
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with data modeling and performance optimization.
• Standardize the Power BI landscape across sites/functions with common KPIs and templates.
• Develop data visualizations and analysis to support TechOps strategy and actionable insights.
• Build business cases and support investigations using company data.
• Automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity in a regulated environment.
