Job summary
The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Braga invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance the MI3S project on innovative materials, thin films and device integration.
You will conduct independent research, develop and validate fabrication processes, characterise materials, publish results, and contribute to deliverables and dissemination, while mentoring junior researchers.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering Physics or related field.
- Proven research experience in materials science or nanotechnology with publication record.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research within the MI3S project.
- Develop, optimise and validate advanced materials and thin-film fabrication processes.
- Perform experimental characterisation and quantitative analysis of process-structure relationships.
- Publish results in international journals and present at conferences.
- Contribute to project deliverables, reports, and knowledge transfer.
