Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands from a remote Greece-based role. You will handle phone and email inquiries related to software, printers, and orders.

The role requires native-level Portuguese, strong English for training, and excellent communication. A relocation package and structured onboarding are offered to help you settle in.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.

Work Model: Remote within Greece. Work anywhere in Greece.

Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month) + performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts and rotating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

Relocation Package: flight ticket+ 2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role

As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will provide first-line B2B customer support for global leading brands.

You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Your Responsibilities
