You will review text, image, and video content, investigate reports, contribute to AI training, and assist global users via chat and email. Fluent Portuguese and strong English, 1–3 years in relevant fields, and resilient, culturally aware mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation: Review text, image, and video content to enforce community safety guidelines.
• Platform Security: Investigate user reports regarding policy violations and account issues.
• AI Training & Operations: Classify data, evaluate AI responses, and provide input to improve safety systems.
• User Support: Assist global users via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls regarding policies.
