CB Talents SP is seeking fluent Portuguese speakers to join a dynamic Content Moderation & Digital Safety team in Athens, with a complete relocation package. The role includes reviewing text, image, and video content to uphold community guidelines and secure online environments, with support for onboarding starting September 21.

You will handle user reports, assist global users, and participate in AI training to improve safety.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1+) and strong English (B2/C1) for training and team communication.
• 1-3 years in BPO, content moderation, customer service, or tech support in fast-paced settings.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM (85% accuracy) and comfort navigating social media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Moderate content to enforce community safety guidelines and digital standards.
• Investigate user reports regarding policy violations and platform security concerns.
• Classify data for AI training and improve online platform safety.
• Assist global users via chat, email, and occasional outbound calls regarding system policies and account inquiries.
