Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Content Reviewer to safeguard product listings, images, descriptions and reviews across our e-commerce marketplace. You will apply platform guidelines with accuracy, maintain high quality standards, and work with a multicultural team.

Relocation to Portugal is supported; onsite office presence is encouraged. This role calls for detail-oriented judgment, strong decision-making, and the ability to handle high volumes of content while meeting quality

Qualificações

• Polish language at C1/C2 and English at B2 are required.

Responsabilidades

• Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
• Detect and take appropriate action on prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or low-quality content that could negatively affect the user experience.
• Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and make accurate, objective, and well-informed decisions.
• Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to help protect marketplace integrity and maintain user trust.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volumes of content efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety, regulatory compliance, and broader operational goals.
• Achieve defined performance targets related to quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Stay up to date with platform policies, e-commerce regulations, industry developments, and emerging marketplace risks.
• Share feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance moderation processes, internal tools, and overall operational efficiency.

Role Overview

As a Content Reviewer, you will review and assess content published across an e-commerce marketplace, including product listings, images, descriptions, customer reviews, and seller-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content meets platform guidelines, quality requirements, and relevant regulations, contributing to a secure, trustworthy, and reliable marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
