WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team and support safety for a leading global e-commerce platform. The role is on-site in Lisbon with a rotating shift schedule and a 14-month salary cycle.

You will review content, enforce policies, and collaborate with the team to maintain high quality and safety standards while adapting to local market guidelines. Accommodation and meals are provided as part of the package.

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency is required.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review content uploaded to the platform.
• Ensure content meets quality and safety standards.
• Apply platform policies and guidelines consistently.
• Help ensure policy and legal compliance.
• Review content within service levels and quality standards.
• Use local market knowledge to make informed decisions.
• Stay up to date with relevant products, services, and standards.
• Identify and escalate issues according to procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe online environment.
