CloserHire is seeking Czech-speaking AI Content Moderator based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review AI-dubbed videos to ensure compliance with platform policies and regional rules, working on a 24/7 rotating schedule with two days off.

Native Czech speakers with English at least B2, plus keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills will fit in well. We offer relocation support, private health insurance after 6 months, and a competitive salary package.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Czech
• Good command of English (B2 level or above)
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good understanding of Czech language nuances and cultural context
• Knowledge of online platforms, digital content, or ecommerce environments is desirable
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy
• Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material
• Verify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams
• Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures
• Handle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
