PrimeIT is seeking a KYC Transformation & Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives. The PMO will coordinate between Business Lines, Functions and implementation teams to ensure governance and strategic alignment while milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Monitor and prioritize the GLOBE KYC files remediation and onboarding.
• Lead KYC onboarding waves and remediate existing KYCs.
• Act as the bridge between Business Lines, Functions and implementation teams.
• Ensure milestones are defined, delivered on time and within budget.

The KYC Transformation & Project Manager drives the planning, execution, and delivery of the high impact. Acting as the bridge between Business Lines and Functions as well as implementation teams, the PMO ensures coordination, governance, and strategic alignment while project milestones are first clearly defined, delivered on time, within budget, and generate the intended business value while improving client experience.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor and prioritize the GLOBE KYC files remediation and on boardings
• KYC Analyst role as follows : phasing and monitoring the OnBoarding waves as well as remediate/ update existing valid KYCs
• Acting as the bridge between Business Lines and Functions as well as implementation teams
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross functional initiatives on time and within budget

Technical skills:

• Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Experience with reporting / data tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Know Your Customer / KYC process
