Claranet in Lisbon is seeking a PMO for the Hub Data Mesh & Governance Support on a hybrid basis. You will analyse data requests, coordinate cross-domain governance, and maintain Jira-based workflows with clear visibility across domains.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 1–3 years in process coordination or project management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The role offers growth and training opportunities within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate data requests across the organisation with stakeholders and data partner.
• Coordinate cross-domain alignment with other Data Mesh hubs for governance.
• Manage workflows, plans and dashboards in Jira Cloud with end-to-end visibility.
• Monitor timelines, identify delays and blockers, escalate issues when needed.
• Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate communications.
• Prepare agendas, documentation and support triage, sprint planning and domain meetings.
• Support prioritisation of data initiatives and align hub with partner and teams.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to hub improvement, automation, and AI adoption.

Right
now, we are looking for a PMO | Hub Data Mesh & Governance Support for
a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyse and validate data
  requests from across the organisation, ensuring requirements are clearly understood through direct engagement with stakeholders and, when necessary, joint discussions with the Data Partner.
  
• Identify requests with
  cross-domain impact and coordinate alignment with other Data Mesh Hubs to ensure consistency and governance across domains.
  
• Manage and maintain workflows,
  plans, and dashboards in Jira Cloud, providing end-to-end visibility of all data requests.
  
• Monitor delivery timelines, proactively identify delays, risks, and blockers, and elevate issues when required.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on request status and facilitating communication between requestors, domains, and the Data Partner.
  
• Prepare agendas, organise supporting documentation, and assist in facilitating triage sessions, sprint planning activities, and domain meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are properly documented.
  
• Support the prioritisation of organisation-wide data initiatives by coordinating information across stakeholders and maintaining alignment between the Hub, Data Partner, and other teams.
  
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including request details, status updates, decisions, and key outcomes.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hub by identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation, AI adoption, and enhanced ways of working.
  

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information
  Systems, Data & Analytics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering &
  Management, or a related field.
  
• 1 to 3 years of professional
  experience in process coordination, data analysis, project management, or a
  similar role.
  
• Strong organisational, planning,
  and prioritisation skills.
  
• Interest and motivation to
  leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and intelligent agents to drive
  efficiency and continuous process improvement.
  
• Excellent written and verbal
  communication skills.
  
• Strong critical thinking,
  proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to manage multiple
