Job summary

Claranet limited is seeking a PMO professional for the Hub Data Mesh & Governance Support in Lisbon. You will analyse data requests, coordinate governance across domains, and manage Jira workflows to provide end-to-end visibility of data initiatives.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, prepare agendas for triage and sprint planning, and help drive AI-powered automation and continuous improvement across the Hub in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in process coordination, data analysis, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Interest and motivation to leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and intelligent agents to drive efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate data requests from across the organisation, ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Identify cross-domain requests and coordinate alignment to ensure governance across domains.
• Manage and maintain workflows, plans, and dashboards in Jira Cloud with end-to-end visibility.
• Monitor delivery timelines, identify delays and risks, and elevate issues as required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and facilitate communication between requestors, domains, and the Data Partner.
• Prepare agendas, organise supporting documentation, and assist in triage sessions and sprint planning.
• Support prioritisation of organisation-wide data initiatives across the Hub, Data Partner, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of the Hub.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the continuousimprovement of the Hub by identifying opportunities for process optimisation,automation, AI adoption, and enhanced ways of working.

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in InformationSystems, Data & Analytics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering &Management, or a related field.
