Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a PMO to join a major EU bank project in Lisbon. You will monitor budgets, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate with cluster managers to ensure financial discipline across the program.

The role involves budget trajectory management, monthly closings, KPI analysis, and maintaining dashboards to track performance. You will interact with CTO, pillar leads, and managers to deliver value.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in PMO positions and budget management.
• Accounting and financial knowledge.
• Experience with Excel / PowerPoint.
• Experience in Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor hardware and software budgets, prepare sign-offs and monthly reports.
• Collaborate closely with cluster managers.
• Perform financial analysis and manage budget trajectories.
• Conduct monthly closings for client entities (accruals, actual costs, KPIs).
• Monitor dashboards and trend indicators.
• Liaise with external suppliers.
• Set up processes on multiple subjects.
• Transform NFTE + FTE budget management.
• Support CTO, pillar leads and managers, working as part of the team.
• Oversee headcount budgets on a worldwide perimeter.

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a PMO to join the teams’ client.

What will you do?

• Hardware and software budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports
• Close collaboration with cluster managers
• Financial analysis and budget trajectory management
• Monthly closing for the client’s entities (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...)
• Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring
• External supplier contact
• Processes set up on multiple subjects
• Transformation of the NFTE + FTE budget management
• Working in collaboration and as a support for the CTO, pillar leads and managers
• Headcounts budget supervision on perimeter at worldwide level

What are we looking for?
