GoCardless is seeking a product leader to build payment success features powered by AI and ML. You will set the strategy, translate data insights into customer value, and partner with our Data Platform teams to drive network-wide performance improvements.

You will empower sales and support with clear positioning of the Success+ product, own the roadmap, and communicate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders across our global network.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML-powered features within fintech or payments.
• Ability to translate complex customer pain points into high-impact products.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and shaping technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Product Vision: Define and drive the strategic roadmap.
• Champion our Customers: Translate insights into customer needs and data-driven solutions.
• Drive the Data Flywheel: Partner with our Data Platform teams to build the foundational data layer that powers continuous, network-wide performance improvements.
• Empower the Frontline: Enable our sales and support teams to clearly articulate and position the competitive strength of our Success+ product.
