Siemens Energy is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead the business-side transformation of Service Lifecycle Management within the Janus program. You will own the BOM flow from engineering to SAP S4 and align requirements with cross-functional teams across Service, Engineering, PLM, and IT.

You will translate operational needs into scalable processes and measure business outcomes, driving readiness and adoption across multiple locations and teams in an international setting.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years leading cross-functional transformation programs in service engineering, PLM or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of PLM, BOM management, and Teamcenter–SAP S4 interactions.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear process, data and system requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder, program, risk, dependency and change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business transformation of Service Lifecycle Management within Janus and drive operational readiness across GT Service.
• Represent GT Service as business-side SLM Capability Owner and align requirements, priorities, and decisions across the program.
• Own the end-to-end BOM flow from engineering through Teamcenter into SAP S4 and ensure usability across the service process.
• Define harmonized service lifecycle processes, requirements, use cases, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional experts from Service, Engineering, PLM, IT, and related functions.
• Manage roadmap, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across workstreams and rollout locations.
