You will lead the business-side transformation of service lifecycle capabilities within the Janus program, translating operational needs into scalable processes and owning the business-side SLM capability.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years experience leading cross-functional business transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of PLM, engineering and service processes, BOM management.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear process, data, and system requirements.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and Azure DevOps is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business transformation of Service Lifecycle Management within Janus.
• Represent GT Service as business-side SLM Capability Owner and align requirements.
• Own the end-to-end BOM flow from engineering through Teamcenter into SAP S4.
• Define harmonized service lifecycle processes, requirements, use cases, and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional experts from Service, Engineering, PLM, IT.
• Manage roadmap, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
