Siemens Energy in Lisbon area seeks a Process Improvement Specialist within Grid Technologies Services Operational Excellence to turn planning needs into standardized end-to-end processes, data models, and digital solutions for demand, materials, and inventory planning.

You will apply Lean methods, analyze data flows, and drive cross-functional improvements across procurement, order management, and engineering while delivering analytics, automation, and measurable value.

Qualificações

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience in process improvement, supply-chain, or digital transformation.
• Experience applying Lean methods (value stream mapping, Kaizen, visual management) to improve operations.
• 3–4 years redesigning cross-functional processes and translating business needs into data requirements.
• Knowledge of demand, materials, inventory, procurement, or service supply chains.
• Ability to align stakeholders and lead initiatives from analysis through adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Translate planning principles into standardized end-to-end processes and data needs.
• Analyze workflows and data flows; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Apply Lean to simplify processes and reduce waste across planning activities.
• Combine historic demand, forecasts, and base data into planning-ready datasets.
• Define data governance and actions to improve data quality for planning.
