Job summary

Sovos is building the platform that every product in our portfolio depends on. As Platform Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for Platform Core, the shared identity, administration, and provisioning services that enable our customers to authenticate, manage users, and operate seamlessly across the platform.

You'll define what gets built and when, drive adoption across product teams, and ensure we build critical capabilities once and brilliantly.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience, including platform/shared services or infrastructure products.
• Technical fluency in IAM concepts (SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and related APIs.
• Track record of driving adoption of platform capabilities with internal teams.
• Strong discovery skills to identify friction and prioritize improvements.
• Ability to communicate platform decisions clearly to leadership and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform Core roadmap in partnership with platform engineering and product teams.
• Identify shared services investments and ensure common capabilities are built once.
• Drive adoption of Platform Login, Sovos Admin, and future services with customer teams.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption and track them rigorously.
• Lead discovery to surface friction and translate findings into platform requirements.
• Write PRDs and maintain a groomed backlog aligned with priorities.
• Communicate platform strategy and roadmap to stakeholders with clarity.
