Job summary

Sovos in Porto, Portugal seeks a Platform Product Manager to own the Platform Core roadmap, define shared services, and enable secure, scalable access across the product portfolio for our customers.

You will partner with platform engineering and product teams to surface friction points such as onboarding and access management, translate findings into platform requirements, and track success with adoption, integration coverage, and reliability metrics.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with platform roadmap experience.
• Fluent in identity and access management concepts (SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and API contracts.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of platform capabilities and reducing integration friction.
• Strong discovery instincts to translate findings into platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform Core roadmap in collaboration with platform engineering.
• Identify shared services investments and avoid duplicating work across products.
• Drive adoption of Platform Login and Sovos Admin with internal teams.
• Define success metrics and track platform adoption, reliability, and coverage.
• Lead discovery with engineering, product teams, and customers to surface platform friction.
