Wilco is building a shared multi-tenant platform in Lisbon to support 10–100x growth while enabling engineers to ship quickly and reliably. The infrastructure team designs cloud architecture, constructs repeatable pipelines, and delivers self-service environments for development and testing.

The role emphasizes strong IaC, Kubernetes, and automation in a healthcare-focused SaaS context, with security, observability and incident readiness as core pillars.

Qualificações

• Experience with GCP and managed Kubernetes platforms; strong distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on IaC and CI/CD skills (Terraform,GitHub Actions).
• Ability to write automation in Python/Go/TypeScript and build platform tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve Wilco’s GCP architecture for growth.
• Own and improve GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, networking, identity and deployment workflows.
• Build reliable CI/CD paths with safe rollouts, automated checks, fast rollback and deployment visibility.
• Create self-service, isolated environments for development, previews and testing.
• Make end-to-end testing possible for external systems like voice calls, WhatsApp, webhooks, calendars and CRMs.
• Build test infrastructure for provider failures, timeouts, retries, idempotency and rate limits.
• Establish observability, SLIs, alerts and incident practices to diagnose root causes.
• Improve security, tenant isolation, disaster recovery and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with product engineers to create reusable platform primitives.
• Use AI tools for infrastructure exploration and automation with verification.
• Make explicit tradeoffs among speed, reliability, security and cost.
