Job summary

Inetum is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to join its Digital Infrastructure team in Lisbon. You will build and evolve a modern, automated development platform that accelerates software delivery while ensuring reliability and security.

You will design SDLC workflows, implement pipelines, and work with Backstage, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus and Sonar to industrialize the platform and improve developer experience. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD and delivery automation.
Strong IaC skills using Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with Backstage, Nexus, and Sonar.
DevSecOps and Secure SDLC familiarity preferred.
English fluency; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated SDLC workflows.
Evolve platform ecosystem around Backstage, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus and Sonar.
Develop reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure modules.
Define standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Operations, and Development teams.
Promote automation and operational efficiency.
Support onboarding of application teams and gather feedback.
