Job summary

Ivy Partners in Lisbon is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes, while delivering robust CI/CD pipelines and secure operations.

You will collaborate with development teams to automate deployments, monitor performance, and continually improve platform governance, reliability, and security across environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of platform engineering or DevOps experience.
• Hands-on Terraform for provisioning and management.
• Experience with Ansible for automation.
• Experience deploying workloads on Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python or Bash and CI/CD practices.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
• Automate configuration management and deployment with Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized workloads on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security across environments.
• Define and promote best practices for automation, scalability, and governance.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of the platform architecture and processes.
