Sensor Tower is seeking a Platform Engineer to enhance our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling used by a large engineering team. The role blends infrastructure work with software development, roughly 65/35, to improve release reliability and developer productivity.

You’ll optimize deployment automation, observability, and internal tooling while enabling teams to build and ship faster. A strong CS background and willingness to learn Ruby/Go are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Development background with internal tools or APIs.
• Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS or other providers.
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
• Strong CS fundamentals and system design knowledge.
• Willingness to learn Ruby and/or Go.

Responsabilidades

• Improve developer experience by building tools and workflows for testing and shipping.
• Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
• Enhance reliability and performance of CI/CD workflows.
• Investigate slow builds, failing pipelines, and flaky tests.
• Develop internal tools and support test infrastructure and features.
• Improve observability using OpenTelemetry, ELK, and related tools.
• Leverage AI to streamline engineering workflows and tooling adoption.
