Qualificações

• Опыт разработки и поддержки сложных CI/CD рабочих процессов.
• Опыт разработки внутренних инструментов, API, бэкенд-сервисов или автоматизации.
• Опыт работы с AWS или другим облачным провайдером.
• Опыт телеметрии и мониторинга (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana).
• Сильные основы CS и системного проектирования.
• Готовность изучать и использовать Ruby и/или Go.
• Плюс: опыт оптимизации сборок CI, Jenkins.
• Опыт работы с Docker или Kubernetes.
• Опыт Ruby, Python или JavaScript.
• Знание билд-систем Webpack/Gradle.

Responsabilidades

• Повышать производительность разработки и инженерную продуктивность за счёт инструментов и рабочих процессов.
• Поддерживать автоматизацию инфраструктуры с помощью Ansible, Terraform и Terragrunt.
• Улучшать надёжность и скорость CI/CD пайплайнов.
• Выявлять причины медленных сборок, падения пайплайнов и нестабильных тестов.
• Разрабатывать внутренние инструменты, улучшать тестовую инфраструктуру, работать над фичами продукта.
• Повышать observability инфраструктуры и delivery через OpenTelemetry и ELK.
• Использовать ИИ для улучшения инженерных процессов и поддержки команд.

Sensor Tower provides digital intelligence solutions that help companies understand consumer behavior and market performance across mobile apps, digital platforms, and gaming ecosystems.

Задачи:

• Improve developer experience and engineering productivity by building tools and workflows that simplify software development, testing, and delivery;
• Maintain infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt;
• Improve the reliability and performance of CI/CD workflows;
• Identify the causes of slow builds, failed pipelines, and flaky tests;
• Develop internal tools, improve test infrastructure, and occasionally work on product features;
• Improve observability across infrastructure and delivery workflows using OpenTelemetry and ELK;
• Leverage AI to improve engineering workflows by building cloud-based agent tools and helping teams adopt effective practices.

Требования:

• Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows;
• Software development experience building internal tools, APIs, backend services, or automation;
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider;
• Experience with telemetry and monitoring, including OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Kibana;
• Strong Computer Science and System Design fundamentals;
• Willingness to learn and use Ruby and/or Go;
• Nice to have: Experience optimizing CI build times, especially with Jenkins;
• experience with Docker or Kubernetes;
• experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript;
• familiarity with build systems such as Webpack or Gradle.
