GRiT Solutions Lisboa is seeking an experienced Power Platform professional to design, build and optimize enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. You will work across international teams, translating business needs into scalable automation and data models.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, maintenance and operational support for large tenant environments, with strong English communication and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (5+ years).
• Strong Power Apps skills including Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
• Solid Power Automate experience designing and maintaining automated workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and solutions built on it.
• Experience designing, developing and extending Power Platform solutions in large enterprises.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, with around 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in development, maintenance, administration, and support
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including both Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps
• Solid experience with Power Automate, designing and maintaining automated workflows and business processes
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including the development and maintenance of solutions based on Dataverse
• Proven experience designing, developing, maintaining, and extending Power Platform solutions in large enterprise environments
• Experience working with large Power Platform tenants and supporting solutions used by large user populations
• Experience with Power Platform administration, including platform configuration, environment management, and day-to-day operational support
• Experience managing incidents and service requests through IT service management tools, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate application issues, bugs, and platform-related incidents
• Experience working with Microsoft Support to investigate and resolve complex Power Platform issues
• Ability to support the daily operation and continuous maintenance of enterprise Power Platform environments
• Proven ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong spoken and written English, as English is the working language across the team and with customers

Would be great if you have:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience working with very large Power Platform tenants, particularly environments supporting 40,000+ users
• Experience working in highly complex enterprise environments with large-scale user bases
• Previous experience in the insurance sector
• Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform governance, administration, and operational support
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for Power Platform solutions and services
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (valued)
