Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Quality UAP is responsible to ensure quality of the produce parts and customer satisfaction. The main missions of the role are:
- Validate with production teams a new product or product modifications according to customer quality requirements;
- Participate in defining quality criteria (internal and client’s criteria);
- Participate with the customer relationship in the follow up the complaints/alerts through 8D and the correspondent action plan;
- Establish the necessary links with support functions to ensure the quality of the produce parts and coordinate non quality cost reduction action plan within the UAP (scrap; CNQ; sorting);
- Support the follow and coaching of the QRCI UAP or line and ensuring the effectiveness;
- Support the training and validation of the line operators in the self-control level as well as the operators of the final inspection workstations;
- Coordinate UAP’s audits;
- Promote and ensure best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy;
- Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics).
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
Experience: Ideally minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within industrial environment
Skills and competencies:
- Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies;
- Languages: English required;
- Strong Customer satisfaction orientation;
- Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Coaching skills;
- Correspondent Faurecia LCM competencies;
- Knowledge of the civil responsibility of the producer.
