AUMOVIO is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead strategic integration across the plant, driving operational excellence in QCAD. You will manage P&L, lead a high-performance team, and champion safety, CSR and sustainability, while aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.

Requires 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years in senior plant roles, plus strong automotive experience and leadership capabilities. Portuguese fluency is expected, English proficiency essential.

Qualificações

• University degree in engineering, business, industrial management or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred; executive leadership education is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in senior plant management.
• Proven experience with P&L responsibility and with automotive/mobility supplier environments.
• Solid command of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of Portuguese corporate, tax and employment regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own plant P&L and budget with accountability for revenue, EBIT/EBITDA, productivity and working capital.
• Drive profitability and growth through disciplined investment and capex decisions.
• Translate corporate objectives into plant-level strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead technology roadmap implementation for capacity expansion and production capabilities.
• Champion quality excellence with robust standards and a zero-defect culture.
• Develop organizational capability through strategic workforce planning and development.
• Represent AUMOVIO in industry associations and ensure governance compliance.
