You will manage budgeting, forecasting, costing, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global automotive context. Fluency in English and advanced SAP/Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Controlling or Management Control within an industrial multinational environment.
• Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge are required.
• Fluency in English is essential for collaboration across teams.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are needed for performance insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide meaningful business insights.
• Analyze costs, inventories, and investments, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly reporting activities and communication with headquarters.
• Ensure the accuracy of industrial costing and product valuation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
