Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a QA Engineer for enterprise software in the pharmaceutical industry. You will drive testing across all lifecycle phases, ensure traceability from requirements to test cases, and collaborate with Agile teams.

You will map data flows, use AI-assisted tools for test generation and execution, and support CI/CD activities while upholding GxP and 21 CFR Part 11/EU Annex 11 compliance. Prior pharma experience highly valued.

Qualifications

2 to 6 years in enterprise software product development lifecycle.
Strong experience in functional testing across all phases.
Solid understanding of GxP regulations and 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11.
Familiar with Validation Protocols IQ/OQ/PQ.
Experience in Pharma/Biotech/Medical Devices industries is valued.

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in our products and their use in pharma.
Plan and execute platform integration and system testing activities.
Work with developers and product managers in an Agile team.
Create and manage test repository with traceability between requirements and test cases.
Map data flows to develop robust testing approaches.
Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules.
Collaborate with BA/PO, Developers, SDETs in enterprise software projects.
Use AI tools to automate test generation, execution, and maintenance.
Support CI/CD activities and ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
