Bosch Service Solutions S.A. is seeking a GenAI Agent Engineer — Software Engineering Automation to design and deploy AI agents that enhance software development workflows.

You will build pipelines using LLMs, embeddings, and vector stores, and integrate with IDEs, version control, CI/CD, and ticketing systems. You will collaborate with software teams and platform owners to deliver reliable, compliant AI-enabled development tools and APIs.

Qualificações

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong software engineering background with practical programming experience (Python preferred; other languages welcome)
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Swarm, MCP)
• Experience working with structured and unstructured tech data (source code, markdown docs, JSON tickets, logs)
• Knowledge of developer workflows (Git, CI/CD, code reviews, tickets, testing)
• Ability to convert domain or developer requirements into technical AI solutions
• Collaborative mindset — working with software teams and platform owners
• Nice to have: DevOps, IDPs, DevEx initiatives; MLOps, AI observability, evaluation or inference optimization; regulated or safety-critical SW exposure; plugins, APIs, IDE extensions

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI agents that support coding, documentation, testing, debugging, knowledge retrieval, requirements reasoning, and other developer tasks.
• Build AI pipelines that combine LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and software engineering datasets.
• Integrate GenAI agents with developer tools (IDEs, Git repos, CI/CD, ticketing systems, documentation hubs).
• Implement RAG pipelines for software knowledge (source code, design docs, API references, test results, requirements).
• Develop APIs, plugins, and automation scripts for workflow integration.
• Evaluate agent performance, correctness, reliability, and usability.
• Document agent architectures, pipeline designs, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with platform security and compliance functions to ensure safe deployment
