Job summary

SummitLab in Faro, Portugal seeks a Fitness Instructor to design and implement personalized training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing workout plans, teaching proper form, and providing ongoing motivation, progress tracking, and nutrition guidance.

CPR/AED certification is preferred. Salary is 1600$ per month; accommodation is not provided and work authorization in Portugal is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as personal trainer or fitness instructor preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to tailor workouts to individual needs and abilities.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Fitness Instructor

As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals through a combination of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. This position is located in Faro, Portugal.

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine client's goals, limitations, and preferences
• Design customized workout plans that align with client's goals and abilities
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor preferred
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to tailor workouts to meet individual needs and abilities
• Current CPR/AED certification preferred

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Faro or willing to relocate at their own expense.
