Job summary

Responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, exercise demonstrations, progress monitoring and nutritional guidance, with emphasis on safe technique and motivation. Accommodation is available for non-local trainers.

Qualifications

As a Personal Trainer in our fitness center located in Porto, your main responsibility is to provide personalized training and fitness plans for our clients. Your goal is to help them achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.

• Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels and create personalized training plans
• Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, ensuring proper form and technique

Requirements

Salary

• We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position.
• In addition, we provide accommodation for non-local trainers if needed.
