Family Assist in Porto is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to design personalized fitness plans and conduct one-on-one sessions, helping clients achieve their goals. You will guide clients through proper form, monitor progress, and foster a supportive, results-driven environment that motivates continued improvement.

The ideal candidate has prior personal training experience and a fitness instruction certification, excellent communication, and a passion for health.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field.
• Certification in personal training or fitness instruction preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and equipment.
• Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs.
• Passion for health wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
