Axians Portugal is seeking a Personal Data Protection Analyst for a banking sector project. You will ensure compliance with Privacy by Design and support Project Managers on data protection activities.

You will manage Data Subject Rights Requests, promote a culture of personal data protection, and develop best practices within the data protection network.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Ensure the company’s project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities
• Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox, including Data Subject Rights Requests
• Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within the company
• Develop and share best practices with the data protection network

What We’re Looking For

• Full proficiency of MSOffice suite
• Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies
• Fluency in English
